Spicy Tuna Nori Wraps

1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sriracha
8 sheets toasted nori
1 English cucumber, very thinly sliced
1 large carrot, shredded
1 large avocado, pitted and very thinly sliced
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
2 cans NATURAL SEA Unsalted Wild Albacore Tuna, drained
8 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds, divided
1 teaspoon fine sea salt, divided
- In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise and sriracha. Set aside.
- On a countertop lay out nori sheets. Cover each nori sheet with a single layer of cucumber slices, leaving a 1” border on right side of each sheet. 1” from far left side of nori sheet, place carrot, avocado slices, and sprouts in a 1½” wide vertical strip.
- Top avocado and sprouts with 2 tablespoons flaked tuna, drizzle with 1 tablespoon sriracha mayo, and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sesame seeds and ⅛ teaspoon salt.
- Lightly moisten the bare strip of nori on the right hand side with water. Starting with left side, roll up nori and fillings as tightly as possible until completely rolled. Place seam side down and repeat with remaining rolls.
