Ingredients

1 can NATURAL SEA Wild Red Sockeye Salmon unsalted
8 large eggs
4 large egg whites
1 cup asparagus, thinly sliced lengthwise
1/2 cup of aged cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Top with fresh arugula, spinach or microgreens

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400. 
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour into skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes until bottom is set. 
  4. Add asparagus and cheese. Transfer to the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes until puffed up, doesn't jiggle, and is slightly browning. 
  5. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
