Fin-Tastic Tuna Roll Ups
Makes: 1 sandwich | Prep Time: 15 minutes
1 can NATURAL SEA Wild Tongol Tuna, drained
1 carrot cut into matchsticks
1 celery stalk, cut into matchsticks
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
2-3 large pieces of soft whole grain sandwich bread
Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Add everything (minus the bread) to a small mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Cut the end peices off of the bread. You want a 2 x 1 square of the soft slices.
- Spread 1 heaping tablespoon of the mixture evenly on each peice of bread.
- Roll each bread into a pinwheel shape and secure with toothpick.
